South Coastal Workforce Investment Board (SCWIB) is a non-profit corporation that works with major corporations, small businesses, educational institutions, community-based organizations and labor organizations. SCWIB links adults and youth in the South Coastal region with career opportunities in emerging and critical industries. We are dedicated to creating a community driven economy.

As the liaison to workforce development programs in the South Coastal region, our mission is to: Provide an effective career development and placement system that is accessible and responsive to the needs of individuals and businesses while contributing to the economic growth of the South Coastal region.
